Jim Norris

President

Jim has extensive expertise in materials handling / ergonomics; information security; fire safety systems; plastics processing and recycling; and temperature measurement.

Before joining Norris & Company in 1990, Jim worked in materials handling and publishing sales. This first-hand experience with sales management and distribution systems gives him a unique perspective in the development of promotional programs to drive the selling efforts of direct salespeople, manufacturer's reps, and distributors.

Jim also has impressive experience in developing both print and digital media programs as well a sales collateral development, trade show graphic design, video production and much more. In addition, he has authored a number of articles on marketing, advertising, and sales.

Jim holds a degree in Marketing from Babson College.

Dennis Gordon

Graphics Design Manager

For over 25 years Dennis has been the lead designer at Norris & Company. He is equally adept at the two very different tasks of print and digital design. His influence and keen eye for detail can be seen in every ad, brochure, website, booth graphic, and video we produce. 

His thirst for knowledge is unmatched and he constantly challenges himself to master the latest design tools and softwares.

When not at work you can find Dennis on long, arduous bike rides like the Pan-Mass Challenge.

Amy Norris

Chief Administrative Officer

Amy began her career at Norris & Company over 27 years ago as the office manager and executive assistant for agency founder John F. Norris.

Since then she has immersed herself in all aspects of the business including client services, print production, media, publicity, web development, human resource management and much more.

When she's not at the office she gives freely of her time volunteering with Hands and Hearts for the Homeless and is a board member of a charter school for middle and high school aged students in the Plymouth area.

John Norris

Senior Corporate Advisor

With over 35 years of experience in advertising, public relations, and e-media, John Norris has notable expertise in the areas of adhesives; wet processing industries (chemicals, coal preparation, pulp and paper, food, biotech/pharmaceuticals, and water/wastewater); machine tools; motion control (motors, drives, gear reducers, and grounding systems); process heating; HVAC; indoor air quality; process control; emergency power; plant maintenance and repair (MRO); and power generation, transmission, and distribution.

He has had a number of articles on marketing, advertising, and sales published. John's finance background has proven invaluable in the development and implementation of ROI marketing programs.

Before joining Norris & Company, John worked for Teradyne Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation.

He holds an MBA from Babson College.
