With over 25 years of advertising, web, and e-media experience, Jim Norris has extensive expertise in materials handling; document and electronic media security/destruction; pharmaceutical processing and production; fire safety systems; plastics processing and recycling; and temperature measurement.
Jim's first-hand experience with sales management and distribution systems gives him a unique perspective in the development of promotional programs to drive the selling efforts of direct salespeople, manufacturer's reps, and distributors.
Jim also has impressive experience in developing e-media programs (including websites, e-mail programs, search engine optimization, lead capture, web analytics, and ROI marketing). In addition, he has authored a number of articles on marketing, advertising, and sales.
Before joining Norris & Company, Jim held several positions in sales and sales management in the materials handling and publishing industries.
Jim holds a degree in Marketing from Babson College.
